Returns, Refunds & Shipping For non-personalized luxury products, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original, pristine packaging. Once received and carefully inspected, approved resolutions will be offered according to the nature of the return. These may include a full or partial refund to the original payment method, a replacement of the item, or a store credit to be used toward a future purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or was sent in error, in which case the brand will assume all associated costs and ensure an appropriate resolution. Personalized or made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. However, if a customized product arrives with a defect or does not meet the agreed specifications due to an error on the brand’s part, we will take full responsibility to resolve the issue. This may include repairing the item, remaking it, or offering an appropriate compensation such as a refund, store credit, or replacement, depending on the circumstances.
Shipping & Delivery Due to the complexity of the oyster, shell and caracol curing process or the production of customized orders, production process can vary between 5 days to 4 weeks. Delivery or shipping times may vary based on location, and can take between 5 to 12 business days and the products will be shipped to the address provided during purchase.
Personalized & Custom Creations Due to the bespoke nature of our personalized candles, custom scents, and handwritten notes, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage or production errors.
