About the Handwritten Letter Every order includes a small handwritten letter — a personal touch that makes each candle unique. You can add your own message, or let our team write it for you. 1. If you choose to write the note yourself, perfect. 2. But if you’d like us to write it for you, please share some details — for example, the purpose of your purchase, where the candle will be placed, if it’s for someone special, their tastes, or anything about that could inspire us to write something beautiful and unique.
Returns, Refunds & Shipping For non-personalized luxury candles, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original pristine packaging. Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.
Shipping & Delivery Due to the complexity of the oyster, shell and caracol curing process or the production of customized orders, production process can vary between 5 days to 4 weeks. Delivery or shipping times may vary based on location, and can take between 5 to 12 business days and the products will be shipped to the address provided during purchase.
Personalized & Custom Creations Due to the bespoke nature of our personalized candles, custom scents, and handwritten notes, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage or production errors.
Limited Purchases Per Client Due to the exclusivity and limited availability of our luxury candles, purchases may be restricted to a maximum quantity per client. This ensures that each customer has access to these unique creations. Our concierge team may contact you to confirm eligibility for additional orders.
