Every order includes a small handwritten letter — a personal touch that makes each candle unique. You can add your own message, or let our team write it for you.  

You have two options: 
1. If you choose to write the note yourself, perfect.

2. But if you’d like us to write it for you, please share some details — for example, the purpose of your purchase, where the candle will be placed, if it’s for someone special, their tastes, or anything about that could inspire us to write something beautiful and unique.  

Due to the exclusivity and limited availability of our luxury candles, purchases may be restricted to a maximum quantity per client. This ensures that each customer has access to these unique creations. Our concierge team may contact you to confirm eligibility for additional orders.

Due to the complexity of the oyster, shell and caracol curing process or the production of customized orders, production process can vary between 5 days to 4 weeks. Delivery or shipping times may vary based on location, and can take between 5 to 12 business days and the products will be shipped to the address provided during purchase.
