CANDLES

Before Lighting

  • Place the candle on a Ocean Áltar balanging base, or in a place heat-resistant surface. 

​

  • Trim the wick to 3 mm (¼”) for a clean, even flame (for better burning).

While Burning

  • Allow the wax to melt to the edges of the shell to avoid tunneling.

​​

  • Do not burn for more than 2–3 hours at a time.

​​

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.

After Lighting

  • Extinguish gently, never with water.

​

  • Let the wax cool completely before moving.

​

  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Re-use

  • Once finished, remove any wax residue with hot water.

​

  • The oyster shell can be repurposed as a jewelry dish, incense holder, or decorative piece.

​

  • A natural, ocean-inspired light. Clean, simple,and eco-friendly.

Extra Cares

  • Keep the candle away from intense heat sources (ovens, stoves, hot surfaces).

​

  • Never leave the candle unattended while lit.

​

  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.

​

  • Do not handle while the candle is lit or hot.

​

  • Keep the candle away from flammable materials (paper, fabric, decorations, etc.)​

Use gently

  • Place jewelry holders on dry, stable surfaces and use keychains with a light type of keys only.

​

  • Due to the resin treatment, the products are mostly waterproof. 

​

  • These pieces are designed to handle both warm and cold weather. They resist moderate heat and low temperatures, making them suitable for everyday use and outdoor settings. However, extreme heat, extreme cold, or sudden temperature changes should be avoided to keep them in good condition.

Keep them Clean

  • Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth.

  • Avoid chemicals close to the product.

Store Properly

  • Keep away from heavy objects to protect the natural shell.

​

  • The epoxy resin used in these pieces is water-resistant and withstands moderate heat (up to approximately 50–70 °C / 120–160 °F).​​

​

  • They can withstand cold temperatures down to –10 °C / 14 °F without any issues.
